week 2 of my parasite cleanse

It’s day 10 of my parasite cleanse.

Warning: This gets a little graphic, ie mucous, phlegm and BMs, so if you’re squeamish about such things, you may want to skip this post.

Ok, so I’ve been absent for a little while. I was hoping to post daily on the cleanse, but to tell you the truth – there’s not really much to report on.
Week 1 went ok, although I was really hungry, actually ravenous all week. Not sure if that was due to the cleanse or not, but it seems to have calmed down now.
I also noticed quite a bit of nose blowing and nasal mucous in the first week which has also seemed to taper off. I do however seem to have a lot of phlegm in my throat.

The one thing I can really report on is how bitter the black walnut, wormwood and cloves are and I was reflecting on this today:
I seemed to be in a bad mood all last week. I had bitterness and resentment toward others and what they have and I don’t.
I can’t say that this is the first time I have felt this way, but it’s been a very long time I think, and I wonder if it is associated with the bitterness of the herbs.
My feeling is that there is a relationship.
I think that the parasites and their toxins (waste) have been running freely through my body. There’s a lot of flushing with increased water consumption and elimination (read  BM’s) but I’m sure there’s a tendency for some accumulation.

The protocol this week is:
30 drops of black walnut, 3 times daily
2 capsules wormwood, 3 times daily
2 capsules ground cloves, 3 times daily (I’m now using store bought clove capsules from my health food store, because grinding my own cloves was ruining my coffee grinder. Cloves are very oily when you grind them and they were pitting the machine and making it almost impossible to clean)

I’m curious to hear from others who have done parasite cleanses.
How did you feel during the cleanse?
What method did you use?
Did you notice a change in any of your symptoms.

Please comment below – I’d love to hear your experiences.

day 1 of my parasite cleanse

Juglans nigra

Black Walnut (be thankful I’m not posting a picture of a parasite!)

Did you know that the WHO (World Health Organization) estimates that 95% of North Americans have at least one form of parasite.

Spring is the perfect time to cleanse and as parasites are most active at the start of a full moon (April 6, according to my Moon Phase iPhone app), I started my cleanse this morning.

I would have started yesterday, but had a bit of a malfunction grinding my cloves and filling my own capsules – all sorted now!

I decided to do a parasite cleanse for a number of reasons:

  • my dogs swim in Lake Ontario
  • they eat raw meat and bones
  • they have dog germs and they’re only too happy to pass those along to me in the form of kisses
  • I’ve had post nasal drip in my left nostril for a year and a half
  • I have weird joint pain, only in the middle fingers of both hands (you know the fingers you use to flip the bird) and am not able to fully straighten those fingers
  • I had a live blood cell analysis done and was told a parasite cleanse would be a good idea for me.

I’m going natural and using wormwood, black walnut hulls and cloves.

Week 1 I am to take 30 drops of black walnut and one capsule each of wormwood and cloves, with apple juice, 3 times per day, on an empty stomach.

I’m juicing my own apples so I’ll be going through a lot of apples.

It’s been about an hour since I took my first round and I’m feeling pretty good – no stomach upset.

Stay tuned – I’ll keep you posted on my progress.
