NutriSue - veggies for juicing

It’s so wonderful to have access to a bounty of fresh, local fruits and veggies!
And what a bounty it is right now: peaches, pears, plums, raspberries, strawberries, apples, cucumbers, chard, kale, peas, beans, pumpkins, squash, beets – that’s the small list.
There is so much more available right now.
I tend to buy so much of this fresh bounty, plus I have beans, cucumbers, beans and tomatoes in the garden.
Sometimes I find myself with too much. Of course, you share with your neighbours and friends, but it’s also really nice to have all this freshness for juicing.
I find myself making fresh juice 3 or 4 times a week.
As I’m washing and preparing the fruits and vegetables, I always marvel at how amazing Mother Nature is.
I’m sure some of my friends think I’m kooky, because I ofter post my amazement of Mother Nature on FaceBook!
Regardless, I’ll say it again – Mother Nature is amazing, marvellous and extremely generous to us.
I feel so lucky!
