This detoxifying green juice is a great way to start the day. With all these super green veggies, pear and the zing of lemon and ginger you’ll be ready to roll!
1 pear
1 lemon
1 cup parsley with stems
1/2 English or field cucumber
2 cups kale
3 celery stalks
1/2 inch knob of ginger
protein powder (optional)
Juice all the fruit and vegetables. Add the protein powder (optional) and stir.
