My resolution for this new year is – to eat more kale.
I chose a resolution that I could put my heart into.
One that would most probably have a positive outcome.
No use choosing something that will be difficult to keep and then beating yourself up for failing.
Nope, this is a resolution I know I can keep!

1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup coconut milk beverage, or any other non-dairy beverage of your choice
1/2 banana, fresh or frozen
small handful of kale, washed, with the hard center rib removed
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 to 2 tsp ground chia seeds
small knob of fresh ginger
- place all the ingredients into a blender or if you’re using an immersion blender (which is what I use), put everything into a large glass or the cup that came with your immersion blender
- blend until everything is well incorporated
- serve and enjoy!
